In a survey conducted in 2019 throughout Southeast Asia, ** percent of the surveyed consumers stated that they would make the shift from traditional banks to non-banks, as their current bank does not advise them correctly on their product needs. Comparatively, for the same survey ** percent of the surveyed consumers stated they would leave traditional banks in favor of non-banks, as their service is unsatisfactory when it comes to making queries or transactions.
