Data on consumption levels were compiled using the balance method: production was enlarged by imports, reduced by exports, decreases, and losses of agricultural products at producers’ and in turnover, including changes in stock levels. Additionally, the production of raw materials is diminished by their use in production processes. Consumption for each person is based on population data as of 30 June.
* In terms of processed products. The data also concerns farming years, i.e., the period from July 1 of the previous year to June 30 of the given year.
