In your household, who is responsible for going out and shopping for necessities like grain and oil?
The questionnaires were distributed via Weibo and WeChat among females majority of whom were:
earning less than 5,000 yuan per month (90.3 percent);
working in the service sector (37.6 percent) or as housewives (20.1 percent);
between 18 and 35 years old (51.7 percent) or between 36 and 50 years (39.3 percent);
married (69 percent) or single (25.4 percent).
