* Quantitative survey commissioned by Gumtree.pl in cooperation with Randstad Polska was conducted by ARC Rynek i Opinia in April and May 2020 using CAWI method (online interviews) on a representative group of 518 Polish employees and CATI method (telephone interviews) on a representative group of 101 Polish employers. The qualitative survey commissioned by Gumtree.pl, in cooperation with Randstad Polska, was conducted by ARC Rynek i Opinia in April and May 2020 using the individual in-depth interviews method on 10 white-collar workers who have the possibility to work remotely on a regular basis, at least once a month, and 6 employers (persons responsible in companies for the manner of hiring employees), representatives of companies where remote working is possible.

In 2020, * out of 10 remote employees in Poland declared that their bosses contact them after working hours. According to the employers, the employees use home-office as a flexible form of employment (** percent). Other reasons for contact "after hours" are related to the willingness to take advantage of the situation that the employee has constant access to tools and the lack of transparent communication in the company.
