According to a survey conducted among selected companies in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in March 2020, 64 percent of respondents stated that coronavirus impacted their business by causing business travel difficulty. In the same survey, 51 percent of respondents reported that they restricted business travel as a measure to deal with the impact of the outbreak.
