According to a survey from 2019, public service broadcasting (Yle) was relatively highly trusted in Finland across the left-right political spectrum. However, the left- and centre-leaning audience expressed higher levels of trust (trust points above 8.0) in comparison to those who identified themselves as being on the political right (trust point 7.0). Among those on the left and in the centre, the trust scores were roughly equal.
