Between 2018 and 2019, Italian authors and musicians received a funding of 198,186 euros from Italia Music Export. Moreover, publishers of the music industry received a total of 14,165.94 euros. Launched in November 2017, Italia Music Export is a department of the Italian Society of Authors and Publishers. It supports and promotes abroad Italian musicians, authors, and professionals of the sector by providing funding and travel supports as well as organizing workshops, seminars, and networking activities.
