When asked whether they would definitely or probably grow marijuana, ** percent of respondents in the West North Central region were most likely to agree to do so if it was legal. Meanwhile, respondents from both the Pacific and Mountain regions were least likely to grow marijuana, with ** percent saying they would definitely or probably grow the plant.
