A French study revealed that when fruit and vegetables were on corrugated board trays, consumers covered more surface area of the surveyed supermarket. Thus, they basically showed more interest in fruit and vegetables displayed on corrugated boards. According to the study, ** percent of consumers were more looking at the products rather than the prices, when the groceries were presented with paper packaging.
