Canadian retail sales of meat substitutes by type 2015-2022
In 2018, the retail sales value of single cell, soy-based, and vegetable/plant-based protein in Canada amounted to 2.2, 102 and 34.2 million U.S. dollars, respectively. These figures were forecast to increase to around 3.3, 142.6, and 52.3 million U.S. dollars by 2022.
