Strategies to finance household expenses in Russia 2016-2019
Month-to-month changes in the financing strategies of Russian society showed that in the latest period observed, people were more indebted by all means of financial funding under consideration. In September 2019, 10 percent of the respondents revealed that they started spending their savings on daily expenses. On-credit shopping was seven percent higher in the latest period than in the fourth quarter of 2018.
