The Travel & Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) aims to measure the factors and policies that make it attractive to develop the travel & tourism sector in different countries. The index is made up of four sub-indexes: Sub-Index A: Enabling Environment; Sub-index B: Travel and Tourism Policy and Enabling Conditions; Sub-index C: Infrastructure; and Sub-index D: Natural and Cultural Resources. 136 countries are evaluated. The Index scores on a scale from 1 to 7 with 7 being the best rating.
