Mexico is the largest motor vehicle manufacturer in Latin America, based on the number of units. In 2024, the North American country produced approximately *** million vehicles, of which over *** million units were classified as commercial vehicles. Brazil, on the other hand, was the largest producer of passenger cars in the region, with just under *** million automobiles produced that year.
