Colombia: illegal coca cultivation area 2018, by region
In the Pacific region of Colombia, approximately **** thousand hectares of land were used for illicit cultivation of coca in 2018. The Central region followed, with around **** thousand cultivated hectares. That same year, the department of Nariño, in the Pacific Region, accounted for one quarter of the coca illegally cultivated area in the country.
