Luke Skywalker isn't the favorite hero in Star Wars: It's Han Solo. At least, that's the case for the 662 U.K. fans polled by from December 6 to 9, 2019. Han Solo is the most beloved protagonist for 26 percent of the people who were polled. In second place was Luke Skywalker with 14 percent. Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda were tied for third at 11 percent.
鈥淭he Rise of Skywalker,鈥 the final movie in the Star Wars saga, debuted in theaters December 20. It featured the first same-sex kiss in the series, though director J.J. Abrams didn鈥檛 spoil which characters were involved in the LGBT smooch. 鈥淚n the case of the LGBTQ community, it was important to me that people who go to see this movie feel that they鈥檙e being represented in the film,鈥 the 鈥淪tar Wars鈥 director told in December.
鈥淚 will say I鈥檓 giving away nothing about what happens in the movie,鈥 he added 鈥淏ut I did just say what I just said.鈥
