Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon and Facebook. All count among some of the biggest companies in the world, and all can be described as tech companies. Combined, they turned over almost $650 billion last year, but although they are in the same broad industry, their main revenue sources are rather different. This infographic is based on data found in the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ's new Digital Economy Compass 2018 and shows where these tech giants get their money. One aspect of note is the company most reliant on one part of its business - Facebook generates 98 percent of its revenue from advertising alone.
