The Tour de France has set cycling fans鈥 pulses racing for more than a century, with the world-renowned bike race usually taking place in July each year. The Tour sees riders compete for the iconic yellow jersey, given to the leaders and eventual winners of the race. Despite its name, the Tour de France is an international affair, with routes often going through different countries and participants hailing from all over the world 鈥 after France, the country with the most Tour victories is Belgium, with previous winners also coming from Colombia and Australia. In 2025, the men鈥檚 race was won by Tadej Poga膷ar, while the Tour de France Femmes was won by Pauline Ferrand-Prevot.
