With pouring interests from all over the country and abroad, the Bangkok residential real estate market continues to flourish. From culture to governance, Bangkok serves as a central hub of Thailand. Many Thais moved to Bangkok, their country’s largest city by area and population size, for job opportunities and the exuberant city life. In 2024, the Bangkok Metropolitan Region (BMR) residents comprised nearly 16 percent of Thailand’s population, a number that has been burgeoning over the past decade.
