This report displays statistical information on the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in the northernmost region of the African continent. An overview of the pandemic numbers globally and in the African continent are first presented, before going more in-depth and illustrating the number of infections and mortalities in each of the countries in the Northern Africa sub-region. With the coronavirus restrictions expected to impact economic growth, projected data on key economic indicators is reviewed, namely real gross domestic product, and inflation in each of the countries. Further, it includes data on the vaccination doses in each of the countries.
