Healthcare advances are allowing people to live longer than ever, however as people age they inevitably have higher contact with healthcare services. Age increases the chances of developing many conditions and diseases, even if other risk factors are kept to a minimum. Digital health has already made a big impact in healthcare in a short amount of time, and as the cohort with the highest contact with medical services it has been argued that seniors have the most to gain from digital health use. Within this report are chapters on the older generation's use of digital health, the benefits they have reported, as well as a chapter on the barriers and obstacles to their use of the technology.
