The first chapters provide information about incidence rates, prevalence rates, and deaths for specific cancers among men and women in Italy, including statistics on how different age groups are affected. The forth chapter focuses on the differences in number of deaths from selected types of cancers by geographic area. The last two sections give information on specific cancers affecting solely men or women.
