A survey conducted in 2018 investigated the share of pharmacies having physiotherapists among their professional staff in each Italian region. According to data, Umbria and Marche were the regions with the highest share of pharmacies employing physiotherapists (** percent), followed by Veneto with ten percent. Only two percent of chemists in Apulia hired a physiotherapist.
