The data shows that as of the date of survey 15 percent of responding U.S. adults aged 55 or above cited Bugs Bunny as their favorite cartoon, with 11 percent of respondents in this age bracket saying that their favorite was Road Runner. Road Runner was far more popular with older generations, whereas Spongebob Squarepants was most popular among respondents aged between 18 and 34 years old.
