This survey illustrates the share of individuals market preferences for the purchase of real estate in Russia in 2017. It can be seen that ** percent of respondents stated that they would only purchase primary market real estate, whilst ** percent of individuals surveyed claimed that they would purchase primary or secondary market real estate. Individuals in Russia who were planning to make an improvement to their housing conditions were most likely planning to build or buy an apartment in an apartment block.
