E-scrap means both used and end-of-life electrical and electronic equipment, in whole or in part. It encompasses a smaller set of end-of-life Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) than what is usually referred to as Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) or e-waste. it includes used and End-of-Life large household appliances, small household appliances, ICT, and consumer electronics.
