In 2014, the number of employees in the textile manufacturing industry in Turkey increased by 18,185 employees (+4.41 percent) since 2013. Therefore, the number of employees in Turkey reached a peak in 2014 with 430,812 employees. Notably, the number of employees in this industry continuously increased over the last years.
The relationship of employer to employee exists when there is an agreement, which may be formal or informal, between an enterprise and a person, normally entered into voluntarily by both parties, whereby the person works for the enterprise in return for remuneration in cash or in kind.
