After a growth in cars between 2009 and 2011, there was a decrease from 2012 to 2014 for three consecutive years. In 2015 however, there was an increase of new passenger cars again. In 2018, over ** new passenger cars in the Netherlands. This includes private cars, business passenger cars and cars leased.
