This Ranking of Spanish Companies classifies the companies based on sales value, which are obtained from the individual financial statements reported by each company at the registrar Registro Mercantil, with closing dates between July of the studied year and June of the following year (12 month period).
Due to the updating system used by the source, sometimes the ranking includes mixed results from two different years (2016 and 2017). ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ has confirmed each figure and only data from 2016 are included.
The database from Informa D&B, from which the figures have been obtained, gathers its valuable information from multiple sources, both public and private such as the BORME (BoletÃn Oficial del Registro Mercantil), the BOE (BoletÃn Oficial del Estado) or the national press.
Figures have been rounded.
