This statistic shows the number of deaths in Belgium in 2020, by cause of death and gender. In 2020, about 14,100 women and 12,200 men died of cardiovascular diseases. In that same year, roughly 3,500 thousand women and 2,000 men died of psychological and behavioral disorders.
