Production figures referred to in this statistic refer to mineral, table, spring, medicinal and other unsweetened waters, lemonades and cola drinks, spritzers, flavored water, diet soft drinks, vitamin and mineral drinks (ACE and sports drinks), other soft drinks (such as carbonated soft drinks), fruit juice drinks (excl. nectars and milk-based mixed drinks) as well as ready-to-drink coffee and tea drinks (also containing fruit juice), excl. alcohol-free beer and other non-alcoholic beverages (excl. nectars, excl. milk fat) e.g. child nutrition drinks, alcohol-free wine (0,5 %vol or less), non-alcoholic malt drinks, nutrition and functional beverages, soy-based milk replacement drinks.
Some figures were taken from previous publications. Due to changes in system classifications, figures from 2009 onwards are only partly comparable to those of previous years.
