This statistic illustrates the distribution of customers who submitted a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service in the United Kingdom (UK) from April 2019 to March 2020, broken down by age. It can be seen that during this period, 25 percent of all complaints came from people aged 45 to 54. A further 20 percent of complaints came from people aged 35 to 44, whereas customers under 25 accounted for only three percent of all complaints.
