This statistic looks at the levels of victim satisfaction with the police for hate crimes and crimes in general in England and Wales for the fiscal years 2011/12 and 2012/13 combined. The most significant difference to be seen here is that there were more than double the amount of hate crime victims who stated that they were 'very dissatisfied' with the police. Similarly, ** percent less hate crime victims were 'very satisfied'.
