HPE’s fiscal year ends on October 31. On 1 November 2015, Hewlett-Packard Company split into HP Inc., a printer and personal computer developer and manufacturer; and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), focused on servers, storage, networking, and business services.
In 2016, HPE consolidated its industry standard servers and business critical systems business units, resulting in a slight increase in the reported revenues within this statistic for 2015 onward.
*Starting from the first quarter of fiscal year 2018, HPE implemented organizational changes to align its segment financial reporting more closely with its current business structure. The current segments are Hybrid IT, intelligence edge, financial services and corporate investments.
