In 2012, PwC conducted a survey of businesses around the world, asking if they use cloud services such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS. Responses here are differentiated by the industry people worked for. 21.38 percent of respondents over all industries said that they didn't know if their business was using such services or not.
