During this survey, 604 people were surveyed between December 2011 and February 2012. The survey was conducted on eight leading websites and questionnaires relating to mobile app store usage. It is taken from an excerpt of a larger survey of mobile internet use, which included 8,059 people. 60.3 percent of those surveyed were male. More than half of the respondents were aged between 18 and 34.
