International-to-international revenues were not reported separately prior to 1997. Amounts for 1992 through 1996 were estimated using a 50 percent growth rate. Most international-to-international services are provided to foreign customers. Some international-to-international services, such as call-back service, generate both originating and terminating access minutes.
