236 buildings in the tertiary sector
The source adds the following information regarding the study: "With 236 buildings totaling 1,700,000 m², the database used constitutes a representative sample of the real estate stock. The buildings in the selected sample are those from the private office building sector. They have an average area of 11,000 m², with varied construction dates. These are mainly buildings located in the Paris region, with a majority within central Paris. For the analysis of building behavior, no fewer than 800,000 measurement points were processed. Among these data, records concerning four major equipment types were selected: office lighting, office equipment (excluding servers), fan coil units, and fresh air handling units."
