*The survey was conducted with a sample of 200 French recruiters working in a company and involved in the recruitment process. Within this sample, 103 "HR Directors or HR Managers," including 50 HR Directors, were interviewed, as well as 200 executives (CEOs, General Managers, leaders) from public and private companies with 100 employees or more.
