That year, La Poste also distributed more than 453 million parcels worldwide, a figure that has stabilized since 2021. However, apart from parcels, the volume of mail handled by La Poste has been significantly decreasing since 2017. At the same time, the group has reduced its workforce since 2013 to reach just under 233,000 employees worldwide in 2023.
