Although China is the country with the highest number of cancer deaths recorded worldwide in 2022, followed by India, these will not be the countries experiencing the largest percent increase in deaths due to this disease over the next 30 years. According to a study conducted by the Global Cancer Observatory (GCO), countries in the Middle East will occupy the top positions in this ranking, with increases exceeding even *** percent.
