Burkina Faso is the country with the highest prevalence of undiagnosed diabetes. Specifically, it is estimated that 90.4 percent of diabetics in this country are undiagnosed. Benin ranks second, with a rate of 89.8 percent. Africa undoubtedly stands out in this ranking, as 13 of the 15 countries listed belong to this continent.
