This statistic represents the number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered in France between December 27, 2020, and July 10, 2023, by manufacturer. The vaccine developed by the American pharmaceutical company Pfizer and the German laboratory BioNTech was by far the most administered in France, with more than 120 million doses injected since the start of the campaign on December 27, 2020. The leader of the pharmaceutical industry in France, Sanofi, did not manage to release a vaccine on time despite its global expertise in vaccine research. In total, only 5,000 doses of its COVID-19 vaccine were injected.
