Among the countries with data for 2022, Norway was the one with the most public spending on grants and support to home buyers. However, the policies by the Netherlands to help people to buy a home in 2021 and 2020 amounted to 1.17 percent of its GDP. While Chile's measures for the same purposes in of 2022 and 2021 amounted to 0.55 percent of its GDP.
