Over the next three years following 2023, most foreign investors in Romania indicated that investments were most likely to be focused on increasing sales and marketing capabilities, research and development, and business services. Although fewer respondents planned to decrease investments over this period, the areas most likely to be impacted were R&D, manufacturing, and logistics, which may reflect concerns among those executives regarding potential disruption risks due to the proximity of the war in Ukraine.
