The Netherlands was the European country which had the greatest stock of direct investments abroad in 2024, with the country having almost trillion in FDI stocks. Other European countries which have large stocks of FDI include Germany and the United Kingdom, while Luxembourg and Ireland, as well as the Netherlands, were the countries with the largest FDI stocks in comparison to their GDP.��
