Original survey question: "Would you be prepared to buy a car from a brand based in...? " The results presented here include respondents who selected "Yes, absolutely" or "Yes, probably"" when answering this question.
Respondents came from national samples from each country. The quota approach was employed to ensure that the sample was representative of gender and age.
