According to a survey conducted in South Korea in late 2022, around ** percent of respondents stated that they thought legalizing the consumption of cannabis would have the positive effect of easing access to medical marijuana. This was the positive effect most expected to happen, followed by increased tax revenue and advancements in medical technology related to cannabis. However, about half did not agree with this prediction, and only ** percent were in favor of legalizing recreational marijuana.
