Within the G20 countries, Japan and South Korea have the lowest share of women in managerial positions, at ** and ** percent, respectively. This can be attributed to traditional values focusing on women in the home and working cultures that value seniority and the number of years spent within an organization. Meanwhile, Russia and the United States have the most women in managerial roles out of all G20 nations, at ** and ** percent, respectively.
