The report mentions that businesses classified in industries 83-84 (Local, public and defense administration and social security), 97-98 (Households as employers), and 99 (Extraterritorial organizations and bodies), were not included in the business birth or death population, in accordance with Eurostat and OECD definitions. Therefore, they were also deducted from the active businesses population.
