According to a survey conducted among U.S. enterprises in China in 2022, ** percent of companies reported that increasing the transparency, predictability, and fairness of the regulatory environment was extremely important in building a policy environment encouraging more investment. Ensuring greater protection of intellectual property and limiting the use of industrial policies that create barriers were also significant to varying extents for over ** percent of U.S. companies.
